At the Health Center Olimia, we offer outpatient physiotherapy services for the local and broader area. You can make an appointment for outpatient physiotherapy based on a referral from your chosen personal, substitute, or referring doctor. The urgency level and priority criteria indicated on the referral for outpatient physiotherapy are taken into account when scheduling. If you have supplementary insurance that covers physiotherapy, you can make an appointment through your insurance provider. We cooperate with all insurance companies in Slovenia. If you are a foreigner, we will issue an invoice, and your insurance company will cover the amount. Alternatively, you can book an independent self-paying physiotherapy treatment.
With us, you can use the small (1), medium (2), and large (3) physiotherapy treatments, as well as the special physiotherapy treatment (4.2 Lymphatic drainage, treatment of primary and secondary lymphedema). Only original referral forms are recorded in the appointment book. The referral with the urgency level "quick and regular" is valid for 21 days, while the referral with the urgency level "very quick" is valid for 7 days.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment, you can cancel your absence in writing without providing a reason no later than 10 days before the scheduled physiotherapy session, and only once. If you do not attend and fail to notify us of your absence in advance, you will be removed from the waiting list, and the referral will no longer be valid. You can re-enter the waiting list for the same service with the same provider only after 3 months.
A late cancellation must be in writing and is only possible for objective reasons, meaning an urgent or unforeseen event that prevented you from attending the physiotherapy session (e.g., illness, death in the family, natural disaster, traffic accident). In case of a justified absence, we will place you on the waiting list for the next available appointment.
In no case will a response be possible after 30 days from the scheduled appointment.
