Our website offers two ways of booking our capacities.
The first is via email, through which you can submit your inquiry and we can send you our offer. Neither the inquiry nor our reply to it count as a confirmed booking, since the most important condition for the validity of the reservation is your confirmation of the booking or your confirmation of our booking offer. If we do not receive the confirmation, it shall be considered that the booking was never made.
In addition to the above option we also offer the possibility of direct booking and card payment online. In that case the booking will be confirmed and paid for immediately as soon as you finalise the payment process. By doing so we off course guarantee that you will receive exactly the accommodation you have chosen.
If children will be staying with you, please also list the estimated number for which the stay needs to be paid. Depending on the number of children and other booking information, the price of the stay will be calculated automatically and will be displayed on the screen. Please note that if you book and pay online, you are considered to have read these terms and conditions and to agree with them.
The guest has the right to make a booking. If the guest shall cancel the booking, Terme Olimia has the right to the reimbursement of the costs arising from the cancellation. The amount of the reimbursement of the costs of cancellation depends on the time of the cancellation. In the event of cancellation, Terme Olimia is entitled to the following percentages of the price of the stay:
- Cancellation up to 2 days prior to the arrival – cancellation costs in the amount of 1 overnight stay in the selected accommodation unit
- In case of no-show – cancellation costs in the amount of 1 overnight stay in the selected accommodation unit
In the event of a modification of the stay at the guest’s discretion or for reasons of force majeure that is not the fault of Terme Olimia due to an improperly conducted service, the guest does not have the right to claim any compensation or price reduction. The guest must communicate the cancellation by phone (+386/3/829-78-36), send an email to info@terme-olimia.com, or send a letter to the booking service of Terme Olimia d.d. at Zdraviliška cesta 24, 3254 Podčetrtek.
Value added tax is already included in all prices of Terme Olimia's offer. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Celje shall have jurisdiction.
