At Olimia Terme, we are proud to present the largest Sauna World in Slovenia expanding across 1,550 m². It offers eight different saunas in different colours. But our latest acquisition is the very special, popular Finnish sauna Wind Theater that can accommodate up to 100 people. Our award-winning Wind Masters will make sure that you'll have a truly special experience.
We boast the largest number of different saunas in Slovenia. The most prominent are the Finnish ones, where the heat is supplied by the hot stone oven. The air temperature in Finnish saunas ranges from 80 °C do 100 °C.
Because of the high temperature, a one-time visit to such a sauna is minimized, from 8 to 15 minutes, depending on your well-being. This is followed by a rest of 20 to 30 minutes, which will certainly be unforgettable with a cup of warm tea at one of the themed rest areas.
In steam saunas, the temperature is slightly lower – from 45 °C to 55 °C, but the humidity is relatively high. It is recommended that you spend 10 to 20 minutes in this room, and finish your visit with a lukewarm shower and a rest of at least 20 minutes. Indulge in peace, awaken your body and mind in the simplest and most natural way possible.
